It was my daughter who found ARNI through the strokes association group chat after the ugly head of COVid caused my NHS physiotherapy to be reduced to 2 sessions a week instead With no word of a lie .I was a little apprehensive in meeting gabby as I did not know what to expect. I gave her a chance after conversing with her she filled me with hope and encouragement. Her whole caring persona just flowed out professionalism and unselfish confidence. Which is why we booked further continuous sessions with her after this initial assessment After each session my confidence keeps growing. Her game plans are practically open to interpretation as the session went on., which was great. No session was the same though as all the elements Gaby is teaching me are all coming together in aiding my development/journey. Gabby has drawn my attention to the mechanics of movement body that we take for granted. As the months have gone on I have grown to admire her so highly, due to that my friends, family and the NHS physiotherapists can see a difference. Also my confidence has been lifted immensely. Gabby has given me back my life and light at the end of the tunnel ,to which is what I thought had lost Gabby adores and grins when I call her by her moniker (nickname)inspector gadget because she has this magical backpack(oils, repair tapes nerve repair tools and bandages) brings on hand for any discomfort, she just dips into her bag and soothes my pain away. After every meeting she gives me homework which is fundamental in my reprogramming.
