Mark Campbell, MSc, is the lead ARNI specialist Functional Rehabilitation after Stroke Course Qualification Internal Course Assessor. He is a Senior Instructor at the ARNI Institute. He is a Clinical Referral Manager employed by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council managing six long-term condition projects. Mark has worked in the health and fitness sector since 1984, specialising in Cardiac Rehabilitation since 1999.
